9yyy Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 9yyy platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person using this platform ("User", "you", "your"). These Terms are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you will be considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the 9yyy website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "User" refers to any registered or unregistered visitor.
• "Account" refers to your personal registered profile.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in your account (including cash and bonuses).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to money granted as part of a promotion, which must meet certain conditions before it can be withdrawn.
• "Wagering" refers to spending money on bets.
• "KYC" refers to the identity verification (Know Your Customer) process.

1.2 Applicable Law

• You may only create one account for yourself — multiple accounts are prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You may not create an account on behalf of or in the name of any third party.
• Users from restricted regions may not register.
• A person whose account was previously terminated may not create a new account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

The 9yyy platform follows an identity verification process to ensure security and prevent money laundering. Before processing a withdrawal, or at any time, we may request the following documents:

• A copy of a National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• A utility bill or bank statement for address verification.
• A document proving ownership of the payment method.

Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC verification is complete. If the information on KYC documents does not match the registration details, the account may be terminated.

2.4 One Person, One Account

Each user may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, address, device, IP address, or payment method, they will be treated as duplicates and all associated accounts will be closed.

3.1 Confidentiality of Login Details

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You will be fully responsible for any activity carried out using your login details.

3.2 Password Security

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Change your password regularly.
• Do not use a password that you use on other websites.

• Always log out at the end of a login session.

3.3 Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change (address, phone number, email), update your profile immediately. The user is responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The 9yyy platform supports the following payment methods in Bangladesh:

• Bank Transfer (including Dutch-Bangla, City, BRAC, Islami, and Sonali Bank)

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• After a successful deposit, funds are generally added to your balance instantly.
• If a transaction fails, please contact the support team before trying again.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the deposit.
• If an active bonus is present, the related wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

5.2 Bonus Rules

• Each user will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirements must be met first.
• Accepting a bonus offer is optional — you may choose not to take a bonus when creating your account.
• A new bonus cannot be added while another bonus is active.
• If you request to cancel a bonus, any winnings earned from that bonus will also be cancelled.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be terminated.

5.3 Cashback and VIP Benefits

The 9yyy VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular activity and active participation on the platform. VIP cashback has its own wagering requirements.

5.4 Right to Modify Promotions

9yyy reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. We will try to give as much advance notice as possible before any changes take effect.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final and confirmed. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the platform allows a cash-out or cancellation option for a specific reason. The outcome of all bets will be determined according to the rules of the relevant game or event.

6.2 Fair Play Policy

The 9yyy platform uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. Exploiting any platform error or technical glitch to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

6.3 In Case of Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete or a dispute arises over a result due to a technical error, the server records held by the platform will be considered final. The platform is not responsible for any loss caused by internet connection disruptions.

6.4 Special Rules for Sports Betting

The following rules apply to betting on various sports, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments) and football (FIFA, local leagues):

• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded.
• The official scorecard and referee's decision are final in determining results.
• The platform reserves the right to cancel bets on any event found to be linked to match-fixing or corruption.

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and any violation of any one of them will result in immediate account termination:

7.1 Identity and Financial Prohibitions

• Creating an account using a false identity, fake name, or forged documents.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's financial account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Filing card chargebacks or fraudulent payment claims.

7.2 Platform Abuse

• Placing coordinated or structured bets to exploit the bonus system (Bonus Abuse).
• Claiming the same promotion from multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
• Attempting hacking, malware attacks, or any form of cyber attack.

7.3 Conduct Prohibitions

• Harassment, abuse, or misconduct towards other users or staff.
• Attempting to damage the platform's reputation by spreading false information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or an ineligible person.

8.1 Platform Rights

9yyy reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Legal action being taken against the platform.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

8.2 User's Right to Close Their Own Account

You may close your account at any time. To do so, please contact the support team. Before closing your account, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available cash balance (subject to KYC completion and applicable conditions). Bonus funds will be forfeited.

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as dormant. An administrative fee may apply to dormant accounts. If the balance reaches ৳0, the account may be closed automatically.
